Illustration for "What Happened?", a publication by Heart Agency celebrating their 30th birthday. Each artist was invited to create an image inspired by a significant year between 1994 and 2025.

I illustrated 2020 — a year marked by the pandemic, but for me also one of reconnecting with nature. As the world slowed down, I noticed nature more: watching the seasons shift and the steady transformation of a single tree.
