Süddeutsche Zeitung, 2020
Furoshiki design for Süddeutsche Zeitung Magazine.
Furoshiki are a type of Japanese wrapping cloth traditionally used to transport clothes, gifts, or other goods. Different wrapping techniques suit different objects, and the cloth can be reused, making it a sustainable alternative to wrapping paper.
Süddeutsche Zeitung has produced two new sets of furoshiki wrapping cloths with six different designs, three of which feature work by Heart Artists Fien Jorissen, Romy Blümel and Lara Harwood.
